These Terms of Use govern your use of the EndoTracking app and website. By downloading or using EndoTracking, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written to be understood, not to confuse you.
EndoTracking is a personal health tracking tool, not a medical device. The app does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Information generated by the app — including symptom logs, trend analysis, and flare predictions — is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions about your health, treatment, or medications.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use EndoTracking. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian review these terms.
2. Your account
Creating an account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@endotracking.com.
3. Subscription and payments
EndoTracking offers a free tier and a premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple's payment terms. Subscription fees are clearly displayed before purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's App Store subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to premium features until that date.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use EndoTracking only for its intended purpose: personal health tracking. You may not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
- Use the app in any way that could harm others or violate any law
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the app
5. Your data
Your health data belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of any information you enter into EndoTracking. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.
6. Intellectual property
EndoTracking's app design, code, branding, and content are owned by Op Studio and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the app without our written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
EndoTracking is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any reliance on health information generated by the app. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to the app
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the app at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes through in-app notifications.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Op Studio is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, or through binding arbitration where applicable.
