Is EndoTracking free?

Yes — EndoTracking is free to download with a generous free tier that includes daily symptom logging and cycle tracking. Premium features (GP Report PDF, AI flare prediction, unlimited history) are available via subscription.

Is my health data private?

Completely. Your symptom logs, pain data, and cycle information are stored locally on your iPhone. We never upload your health data to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How does the flare predictor work?

The flare predictor analyzes patterns in your logged data — cycle phase, pain scores, stress levels, sleep quality, and weather — to identify your personal high-risk windows. It requires at least 2 full cycles of data to start making predictions.

Can I share the GP Report with my doctor?

Yes. The GP Report generates a PDF on your device covering the last 3 months. You can share it via email, iMessage, AirDrop, or print directly from your iPhone.

I had surgery. How do I set a new baseline?

Go to Profile → Medical History → Add Surgery. Once you enter your surgery date, EndoTracking marks it on your timeline and allows you to set a new post-operative baseline for pain scoring.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the iPhone Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → EndoTracking → Cancel. You keep premium access until the end of your billing period.

The app is not working. What should I do?

First, try force-closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, go to Profile → Settings → Send Diagnostic Report, or email us directly at support@endotracking.com with a description of the problem and your iOS version.
